Deadly Cover-Up & Enduring Tenacity
Deadly Coved-Up stopped my Enduring Tancity from returning as an enchantment. I don’t think that correct. When it died, it should return as an enchantment. Not go to the graveyard, let the dude pick it to exile, and then exile all of them from my deck.

The entire spell has to resolve before the enduring enchantment trigger can resolve. So it can be extracted by deadly cover-up or responded to by ghost vacuum and the like. This is normal.

Destruction and exile happen during the resolution of Deadly Cover-Up. The return trigger from Enduring Tenacity has to wait to even go onto the stack until after that spell has finished resolving. And since it does die and does go to the graveyard when the Cover-Up's first instruction is carried out, it is in the graveyard when the second instruction to exile is carried out. It will already be exiled by the time its own trigger makes it to the stack. Nothing wrong here.
You can even just use some instant graveyard exile to stop the Enduring creatures from returning as enchantments.
