Network error - Unable to Redeem Wildcard
Unable to redeem rare wildcards only. The other three, common, uncommon and mythic seem to work. Haven't been able to craft a rare wildcard in days. This was after opening about 20 packs from purchasing the two intro bundles, $5 and $15, then spending the gems on the Aetherdrift mastery pass.

Happened to me today Sept 28th 2025. Spent some money for gems, got the anthology 4 with flicker wisp, unable to buy a batterskull with my wild card

I'm also having this issues. i tried redeeming both on android and pc but i still have the same error. This happens when i try to redeem primeval titans. I tried crafting the whole deck and the single card in the collection but nothing (i have no problem redeeming other cards through wildcards).

I am having this same issue. The weird thing it is only while trying to unlock swords to plowshares. other rares unlock fine.

I’m also seeing this issue. I’ve tried redeeming on both the iOS and steam platforms and both are raising errors. The rest of networking functionality is fine, like matchmaking, etc., only wildcard redemption is impacted for me.
I have not yet tried to redeem individual rarities to isolate if there’s a problem specifically with rare wildcards, like suggested by OP here. I’ll try that and report back to this ticket.
