Omniscience should be banned in Standard
It's the worst feeling seeing your opponent just loop and play whatever the **** they want while you sit there unable to do anything. It's not even cast, just cheated out and turns the game into a solitaire match. It might as well be another one of those stupid cards that says "You win the game". It goes completely against the core of the game of having to pay mana to cast spells. I don't know about everyone else, but I like actually playing, not seeing someone just throw out a card that basically says "I win".

I completely agree; Omniscience and Vivi/Cauldron should receive the ban hammer in standard. These three cards really make the format unenjoyable and hinder interaction, which is the core of the MTG game since its inception. Both of these styles of decks can combo off by turn 4 and just instant win, which is absolutely unfair. Mark my words, if you want standard to be a nice way for new players from Universes beyond to get into tournament magic, these combos have to go, because they make it a game of which of these two decks does someone play, not a game of unique deck building. I played during the combo winter of 1999 era, and Omniscience Kona combo and Vivi in my book are just as bad and just as not fun. You will lose players with these cards, whereas the rest of standard is actually pretty interesting, but most decks cannot do anything against this, and that's being said as I am a control player with counterspells, boardwipes, etc. - against these two decks it doesn't even matter as you are fighting on two different fronts: creatures vs. combo and its nearly impossible to do anything about both.
The last bans in June 2025 attempted to combat these two decks by removing cards that support their strategy, rather than the actual problem cards themselves. Please make the right choice this time and get rid of Omniscience and Vivi/Cauldron, and make standard enjoyable again. Getting rid of the other cards failed to remove these threats and cards released since then have re-enabled them to another level again.

This card is worse than Nexus of Fate.
