Scry Bug
I scryed as the result of an activation of Poised Practitioner in Tarkir Dragonstorm premium draft, left a swamp on top, and then drew a card other than swamp.
I drew a swamp the following turn, but it's unclear whether that was chance or not. That swamp did not appear face-up as if it had been seen with a scry.

I too have been having this issue! I have played Edge of Eternities sealed, draft and standard matches and with differ decks for standard and I would scry a removal (Get Lost) and instead it would be a plains land card or another different card from the one scryed. Please fix this bug!

I've now lost two games because of this. I scry a removal on top and before my next draw step the top card is no longer visible and my draw is completely different. Again the scry was from a Poised Practitioner trigger....
