Problem
My dears, there's a problem with the mobilize mechanic, when creatures with mobilize attack the game doesn't allow to cast instants. At least I tried with Ephara's Dispersal and I couldn't cast it during the opponent's attack phase.

There do exist cards like Voice of Victory which keep the other player from casting spells during their controller's turn. By design. Read your opponents' cards.
