Surveil Didn't Display Correct Cards
I surveiled 2 cards with Corroding Dragonstorm. It showed two cards, a basic swamp and Felothar. I adjusted the top card to be swamp and left them both on top. When it came to my draw, I drew Teeming Dragonstorm instead of Swamp. The next turn I drew Piercing Exhale. Two completely different cards then I surveiled. I did not put them in the graveyard, and no effect happened to shuffle the library. Because of this, I couldn't play Ugin which is what I left the swamp on top for and lost the game and the draft.

The same thing is happening to me.
I set 《Commercial District》 and looked at the top of my deck, and saw 《Disruptive Stormbrood》, so I put it on top of my deck.
I then cast 《Random Encounter》, but the card I put on top of my deck was not turned over.
