Mill-licious Achievement
My opponent actually lost by drawing from an empty library, it did a different animation on their player avatar or whatever, and I didn’t get credit for the achievement. It’s so hard because people usually concede before losing that way and I finally got it and it didn’t work.

I also have this same issue. Mill-licious did not trigger when opponent milled to death. Got the special animation where their player avatar turned into a blueish skill.
This was in a starter deck duel game.
Fatal draw trigger was caused by Midnight Reaper trigger ability.
