Print sets straight into modern, that are generally meant for commander. Pick out the clear "commander cards" that would break the modern format, and mark them as commander only DO NOT APPLY TO STANDARD, NO NEED TO CONFUSE NEW PLAYERS ENTERING THE PIPELINE. Modern players and content creators will easily spot what will break the format, so deeper play testing would benefit the community as a whole. HOWEVER! DO NOT CREATE AN ECHO CHAMBER. If the team is uncertain, it's best to release a card solely for commander. No change can be better than poor change. If my predictions are accurate, apply to late 2026+
