Lost a premier draft event after winning
I was playing a Final Fantasy premier draft event in an Android mobile, after a few seconds (less than a minute) with conection isues the game ended with no lose or win. I already had lost 2 games before. Than I started a new game, won and after the victory it shows that I have 3 losts.

Same here.
Likely you were also disconnected in the meanwhile.After briefly disconnecting, the match is "lost" forever and Arena would start a new match instead of continiung the old one.
Basically the "old" match keeps running somewhere in Arena servers in background, while we can start a new match. Then the "old" match gets lost due to timeout, and the loss registered only way later.
Just lost THREE games due to this.
Absurd.
