Play the spell "Hidden Strings" while in full control mode. The player will then be prompted to select only 1 target to tap or untap with no option to move forward.

Hidden strings only allows for one target to be selected and does not allow the user to "Submit 1" or select a second target while in full control mode.

Cast the spell while NOT in full control. Select the first target. When the prompt for the second target appears, re-enter full control and you will be able to resume play while in full-control mode.
