Copy of Quina does not create frog tokens
A phyrexian metamorph copy of Quina entered as a token instead of as a nontoken, and yielded no frogs when creating tokens of other creatures via Volo.

Volo's tokens are not created. Volo copies spells, and those spell copies ENTER AS TOKENS when they resolve.
