Raphaels hability doesnt trigger with tokens dieing as it should, arena doesnt register tokes as creatures touching the graveyard.
Tokens dieing should trigger graveyard triggers, they need to fix that.

Raphael, Fiendish Saviour doesn't care about tokens, because the trigger explicitly looks for CARDS entering the graveyard, and tokens aren't cards.
"At the beginning of each end step, if a creature CARD was put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn [...]"
