Bug | Opponent casting spells in responce to storm trigger wasn't counted
1) Cast some spells to have storm counter
2) Cast Mind's desire
3) Opponent responds with some interaction, for example counterspell targeting mind's desire before resolving the trigger
Supposed result: casting interaction counts at storm counter
Reallity: storm count on trigger is unchanged

Storm only counts spells that were cast BEFORE the spell with storm, not any spells that were cast before the storm trigger resolves. You cannot increase the storm count by casting pells after the spell with storm.
702.40a Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. “Storm” means “When you cast this
spell, copy it for each other spell that was CAST BEFORE IT this turn. If the spell has any targets, you
may choose new targets for any of the copies.”
