Evil reawakened on Summon: Titan keeps repeating the first chapter on subsequent turns.
As the title says, saw this once during a traditional draft game in the third round. Every turn after the initial turn the "mill 5 cards" chapter just kept repeating. Repeated 2 twice (I believe) before the titan was killed in an unrelated way.
