Niv-Mizzet Reborn and interaction with multi pair cards
Niv-Mizzet Reborn fails to allow pairs when tricolor cards are present. This is new.
Tri color cards seem to prevent the card from activating. Any card with multiple pairs results in the card failing to activate.

That's because in the library, those cards are 3-colored, not the 2-colored required by Niv-Mizet, Reborn.
