Shuffler
Shuffler
This is yet another time I'm writing on this blog to report a problem with the shuffler, and I'm so tired of doing it that this time I'm writing in Italian because I no longer feel like translating it—no one reads it anyway. I've also pointed this out several times by opening tickets directly with Wizard, but no one seems to care, hiding behind canned email responses.
I'm trying again, even though I no longer have any trust in either the company or the developers, who clearly show little interest in the user’s gameplay experience.
How is it possible that in most games I draw 10 lands in the first 20 cards, despite only having 20 lands in the deck?
Another thing that happens all the time is that if there's a flood in one game, the next one ends up with a manascrew, and vice versa. How can anyone rely on a shuffler like this? How can you think this fosters a friendly play environment? It’s clear that something is wrong in your programming, and you need to fix it.
