Final fantasy rapid brawl
Second time that game crashes in a paid event. And Wizards do nothing to compensate me last time and I think that they just don't care about the hand errors and if you lose gems it's not important for them.

I know I will not receive any response or compensation like the previous time. My only option is to not play events anymore. Because game crashes and Wizards take no responsibility at all. And to get rewards you need to do very well and if game crashes you lose a lot.
