Thousand Moons Smithy Bug
When you use mana from [[Barracks of the Thousand]] after bouncing the land back to hand to recast as [[Thousand Moons Smithy]] it no longer creates a token for using that mana to cast an artifact/creature spell.
This interaction used to work correctly but has since become broken at some point

That is a triggered ability of the Barracks of the Thousand, not inherrent to the produced mana. The land has to be on the field to see you using the mana on an artifact/creature spell. Even if you somehow manage to have another Barracks on the field, it still wouldn't trigger, because referring to itself by name only means [this object], not any others that have the same name.
If this worked as you said, and now it doesn't, then that is because the erronous interaction got fixed.
