Note: can keep the issue from appearing if I keep putting the Mac client on the back ground when not actively doing something.

Pretty wild to see that this issue has been going on for so long (looking at the dates of people's comments). Arena seems like a great way to get more people into MTG and spending money on the game, but if the tutorial is broken (as it is for me and so many others), it's really frustrating from the outset. Such a bummer. Was looking forward to playing a bit and exploring Arena. Weak stuff, wotc.

I'm getting this on step 3 of the tutorial. But also it's seems my account data reset.

Confirmed, that tutorial can be skipped, but then all my user data (cards, decks, etc) is gone, like I'm a new player.

They updated the version on Android and iOS and I thought they were going to fix the tutorial issue, but no. Now I tried it on the computer and it’s the same problem, it gets stuck when it tries to summon the spirits to block.

Experiencing the same as others.

Cards on right overlap meaning I can't select blockers. Level IV on tutorial. I don't want to skip the tutorial because I am new to the game.

On Android.... Can't attach log file either.

I am experiencing the same issue on MacOS and iOS. Cards are getting stuck on the right side of screen in Tutorial III and IV (where I am trying to resume playing). They block and overlap. There is significant lag between turns as well.

I'm on Android getting the same issue .. so annoying!!

I'm getting this issue on the mobile app on Android. About halfway through the battle, cards will just start stacking up on the right hand side of the screen, making in impossible to select anything over there. Then, when trying to play "Confront the Assault," it will not even create my 3 blockers and just soft lock my game.

The tutorial is completely unplayable on mobile for some reason

"I have the following problem when starting the tutorial missions against Dragonhand Shadow: the game freezes when playing the card 'Face the Onslaught' because it doesn't generate the generic tokens, and the game gets stuck there — it doesn't let you block or do anything. This needs to be fixed urgently, as players get stuck at that point."

You came restart the game then go to settings then account and skip tutorial to bypass

It's getting very frustrating that I can't seem to get the blockers that I'm supposed to get to pass the tutorial

How is this still an issue? I've tried to get around this the PC app and the Iphone. Both appear to have the same bug. How am i meant to progress into the game if i can not pass the mandatory tutorial? Really is putting me off the game.
