Here is an idea. Whenever someone is having a problem a technical difficulty or trouble understanding why something is going wrong with their account instead of sending a robot to send you the same vague message over and over about not being able to help you why don't you actually do some customer support? Why don't you actually help people talk to people and help them understand what is going on with their account? That's a pretty good idea?

It clearly shows I have the entire set 4x of every single card in FF it's glowing golden and fully completed.

I have in fact completed all stipulations and the only feedback I get for support regarding the issue is. “ we cannot help you”
Please tell me why? What am I missing in the set? It shows 100% 4x of every single card in the set.
