Terrible customer support the worst I've ever experienced
My idea is for you guys to actually help customers that are having a problem instead of just sending them the same automated robot produced vague answer describing how you can't help them how about that for an idea?

It clearly shows I have the entire set 4x of every single card in FF it's glowing golden and fully completed.

I have in fact completed all stipulations and the only feedback I get for support regarding the issue is. “ we cannot help you”
Please tell me why? What am I missing in the set? It shows 100% 4x of every single card in the set.
