Lost a Booster Pack
I had 10 Edge of Eternities booster packs. (6 from prerelease, 3 from the email, and 1 from the mastery track.
I tried to open one. It waited for a while, and then gave me a blank error message. I clicked the button to exit out of that and played a game or two. I returned to the Packs interface. I still had 10 booster packs. I opened one. It was slow, but the pack opened normally. However, after looking at the cards I opened, I only had 8 packs remaining.

I checked my collection. I do not have the contents of two booster packs in there.

And did you check your collection? Missing notifications do not mean missing cards.
