11+Gb download every time I reboot since Edge/Renewal?!?! This is the sixth time it has downloaded in a week, and this is really not okay... What is missing?

I'm encountering the same issue on my side. Most of the time, the game doesn't even attempt the 11GB download, and instead gets stuck on "Asset Error Detected" before restarting itself.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both MTGA and Epic Games Launcher, verifying files via Epic Games Launcher, restarting the computer, and manually deleting the com.wizards.mtga folder within User/Library/Application Support before reinstalling.
Of note, the iPhone version is working for me.
There are a ton of reddit posts detailing this same issue. Maybe one will contain a solution.
