Virtue of persistence adding a second counter to summons
Virtue of persistence is in play. I get Odin out of my graveyard. He immediately has 2 counters when he should only have one. There is nothing in play or in the card that says he gets an extra. I think this happens on other summons too (I think it happened with fenrir in a different game). Why? I think it’s bugged.

No, that is correct. Virtue of Persistence brings it back at the beginning of your upkeep, and it enters and gets one lore counter like all sagas. And like all sagas, at the beginning of the precombat main phase it gets another lore counter.
