I have a problem: there's a lot of bugs like being kicked out of the games while playing (happened to some friends too) or pairing difficulties that end up in extra loss or whatever. Since my account has been "flagged" I'm not making as many requests as I feel I should, but how can I do it? Whenever I can screenshot the problem I'm requesting, but there's things you cannot screenshot, what shall I do?

Keep in mind, I'm a physician, I'm not trying to scam WotC for a few bucks: I feel like the client got worse, you can check my logs, my premium drafts dropped since last year. What can I do if I have a problem I cannot screenshot to you?
