Cannot cast Cyclonic Rift for overload cost when Omniscience is on the battlefield
When Omniscience is on the battlefield I cannot cast Cyclonic Rift for its alternate overload cost. The menu that used to appear that gave the option to cast it for all the available costs is also no longer showing up when omniscience is on the battlefield.
This is a bug and needs to be addressed to make sure play is functioning properly.

Same problem here on Android. I submitted a bug report on this last week, and have yet to see a fix or receive a response.
