Subject: Game Freeze Bug – Request for Fix and Draft Match Compensation
Dear MTG Arena Support,
I'm writing to report a recurring and serious issue I've been experiencing while playing MTG Arena.
During gameplay, the game suddenly freezes and causes my entire computer to become unresponsive. None of the keys work, and I am forced to perform a manual shutdown. This has happened multiple times recently, including during a draft match, which I ended up losing due to the crash.
I have already taken the following steps:
Verified that all my drivers are up to date
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
Unfortunately, the issue persists. It’s becoming increasingly frequent and is severely impacting my experience with the game.
I kindly request that you investigate and address this bug as soon as possible. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the draft match I lost due to this technical issue.
