I need support!
For over a year now, I have been trying to inform Wizards of the Coast that there are very serious shuffling issues in their program, but unfortunately, they are not listening. For more than a year, customer service has continued to copy and paste the exact same message to the point that I am desperate; I have lost countless drafts due to the classic issue of drawing 12 lands in a row over 3 consecutive games, and no one from the technical team wants to listen to me. I hope this is the right platform, because we are at the brink of legality concerning the software (not to mention that Online is pure gambling and should be banned). DEVELOPERS OF ARENA, THERE ARE SEVERE SHUFFLING ISSUES - PLEASE RESOLVE THEM, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF PLAYERS HERE!!!!

I just found out that Wizard is trying to silence all the complaints I am making by slowly deleting them; here a multinational company is trying to hush up a serious problem that it doesn’t want to resolve!
