Your info says once I gain a rank I can’t lose it before the end of the season but I am repeatedly losing my rank. Also, your website is glitching and when I try to report bugs it won’t let me sign in or post a bug, just search for similar topics. I kept refreshing about 10 times and got lucky this time I guess.
