Black Screen Followed by "Connection Lost" Error After 8/19/2025 Update
After the 8/19 update, whenever I attempt to start the game I would only see a black screen that lasts for a couple of seconds followed by an error message saying connection is lost (see attached). I have tried with two of my desktops, my phone, using Wi-Fi, wired internet, VPN, and cellular data, but nothing works. After first sending this issue to customer support I followed their steps to thoroughly remove the game and then re-install it, but that did not work as well.
