I was trying to submit a request but i got 404.

my original request:
I twice entered standard arena direct instead of sealed. Sometimes sealed is offered at the homepage, sometimes it is not. I didn't intend to play BO1 standard event, i played some sealed events, but then when i wanted to play again, the first choice for me was standard... Why ? why is the previous event not the auto selected choice and instead i have to search for where to enter the sealed event. I request reimbursement for both standard direct events i entered accidentally.
