General trigger overload and the time it consumes to resolve it
The game tends to have more and more complicated triggers resolving. The animations are SLOW and they take time off of the player's turn without compensation. Resolving multiple triggers of Outcaster traiblaizer results in drawing one card at a time (SLOW), when one is locked out of the game, but the timer still runs out.
It seems, that you still have not removed the choise screen for cards with kicker, impending, warp, etc. when there is no viable option to take manawise. Years have passed and this unnecessary clikcking is still in the game.
One more "fresh" (3 month old approx): Demonic pact shows only deal 4 damage, gain 4 life as used (greyed), so you have to remember what options are still open to play around them efficiently.
Maybe try and make the game play a little less absurd and annoying, eh?
