Day of Judgement not destroying all the creatures on the board even though they don't have indestructible.
I used a DoJ, Valgavoth and Ghalta stayed on the board. No idea why, they don't have indestructible.

If they were put on the field with Smuggler's Surprise, that instant also has a spree mode to give the two creatures put out indestructible if their powewr is 4+, which in this case both have.
