When using weapons manufacturing and repurposing bay, sometimes permanents will disappear from the scroll panel.

At first, when you get to 2 rows, permanents in the scroll panel appear offset and you have to click above them to actually select them. Later in the game I have found permanents will not show up in any of the panels, hovering the area indicates not just a visual bug as they do not pop up in zoomed view when the area is hovered with the cursor.

once I removed, or added more permanents to the panel the missing item would be visible again.

All permanents SHOULD be visible in this panel so this is clearly a bug.

There is no current workaround other than playing cards or activating abilities to change the number of permanents in this panel. This has caused me to nearly lose, or to lose games now as repurposing bay has legal targets that were not able to be targeted due to the bug.
