Not allowed to cast instant during my opponents turn until I put in a stop at end of combat
Was not allowed to cast burst lightning during my opponents turn even though I had the mana for it. I was able to cast if after clicking stop at end of combat.

You probably killed the Voice of Victory that attacked you and stopped you from casting it.
