Hi!
For about four weeks now, I've been unable to play MTGA on my Windows PC or Windows laptop. The program crashes after the first or second game (sometimes evem before playing at all), and I have to close MTGA and restart. This problem is causing me a lot of frustration, exhaustion, and stress. I can play on my smartphone, but the game performance is reduced. I'd like to know if the problem is permanent or if an update will fix it. I've followed all the suggested steps to solve the issue, to no avail. Here are de screenshots and log files. Unfortunatelly, the windows event logs (.evtx) and (.MTA) are beeing rejected by this platform, I don't know why. But Task Manager indicates a high usage of RAM (72%) and energy. And low usage of CPU (28%) and GPU (33%).
