Same issue here. Stuck ever since the server crash (EU) on Monday 15th Sept. I was drafting my deck and jumped out for a sec to check my collection. When I tried to rejoin, I got kicked out of the game and was unable to log back in since the servers were having issues. Now, whenever I try to rejoin, I get this error as well.
I've attached a recent detailed log which is just logging in and hitting the draft.

So u ask the support for help and they be like "here a post with others that have the same issue, with showing u this is enough for me to count you request as solved"
"Its not like we have to actual work to fix the bug to make the game playable again for the Players"
"They can vote if they got a problem, maybe we tend to if a lot players get the Issue"
They joined my ticket knew they couldnt do anything but put my ticket as "Solved" even though the Issue isnt even solved at all, its basically Fraud igot scammed from the Support because they lie towards you about their own incompetenz thats Hilarious

I've been checking back every 6 hours or so to see if it's fixed yet. Pretty sad that they haven't fixed this yet or so much as replied to this or the other threads about the issue. I just want to play magic! Are they always this slow to fix bugs?

I am also completely locked out of Quick Draft as a result of this.

The same thing has happened to me too! And I still don't know how to fix it. I attach my log file, maybe it will help. I have the exact same problem as you - same error, in quick draft.
