Fumulus, The Infestation reads Whenever an Insect, leech, slug, or worm you control attacks defending player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. Each trigger hit for each attacking qualified creature. My opponent attacked with 8 insects and 2 triggers took me from full health to dead.

To give more detail, Since the last update Fumulus is triggering for each qualified attacker a number of times equal to the number of qualified attackers. For example if you attack with 2 insects you get 4 triggers instead of 2, if you attack with 3 you end up with 9 triggers, and if you attack with 4 you end up with 16 triggers

I second this, the same bug occured in my game today. Caused 1 life loss per insect, per insect, resulting in an exponential amount of life loss.

+1 damage for each attacking creature of the specified type PER ATTACKING CREATURE
I'm attacking with four creatures, Fumulus currently does four damage per creature (total of 16) with +4 hp.I believe it should operate more like Cruel Celebrant or Bastion of Rememberance where each attacking creature only does 1 damage and +1 hp
