I am writing to express my strong frustration. In dealing with the ongoing issues, I found that your official support articles never mentioned a step that actually helped — lowering the graphics settings to "Medium."
As a result, I spent a long time following every step listed in the articles without seeing any improvement, suffering from an unplayable game. Only after trying this unlisted adjustment myself did I find some relief. This has wasted both my time and energy, and feels unfair and insincere.
The fact that such an effective step was not included in the official articles has caused me great disappointment. I strongly urge you to ensure that real, working solutions are promptly added to the support materials so that other players do not endure the same frustration.
