got preorder items twice
Ok, had a weird glitch.
Preorder the Through the Omenpath bundles previously and acquired the product on release. Open the packs during lunch break. Later in the day, got a email that said I was missing the preorder bundles...though I didn't and now got double the packs essentially. Avoiding opening the 50 card pack bundle atm since I don't know what to do and don't want to compromise my account.

I also got preorder items twice (all 3 bundles). I clicked on "Claim", thinking it was some valid issue. I haven't opened the packs yet, waiting for this to be sorted out.

I recieved preorder items twice as well.
When I saw the massages, I thought I couldn't recieve my preorder items.
Now I have 103 Through the Omenpath card packs and 10 golden packs. Also, I got draft and play in point bundle twice.What should I do? I don't want to be banned.

Same happened to me, but unfortunately I had opened them figuring there was some sort of bug where I didn't receive what I had opened already. Please advise! I also would really like to not lose my ranked progress or current collection!
I opened my packs minutes after the update, did anyone else here do the same?

I got double Items as well. Don't want to be dishonest and banned later. Do you guys have a response for what we should do?

This also happened to me through the in-client link. I did not read the message and just clicked claim like I usually do. I don't want to get accused of bug abuse or have my account locked. I'm hoping an admin can set this straight.

Also had this issue, for the two products that aren't the card pack bundle
