Why is Drawing Land so Hard
How come I can't seem to draw land, but my opponents don't have any trouble. They hit every land drop while I'm stuck on three or four land turn after turn. It really sucks playing this game and feeling like every match I feel Like I'm skating up hill. All while my opponents manage to curve out, play their hands to the fullest and I'm in a none stop fight for the finish line.

Short answer: additional card draw, more than 24 lands in the deck, and the hand smoothing algorithm.
Unlike paper Magic, Arena fully randomizes your deck, so every permutation is equally likely. No matter how hard you try, shuffling by hand would require several minutes of constant shuffling to get somewhat close to true randomization. Cards near the bottom or the top are specially prone to stay there.
For a midrangy 60-card deck deck, 24 lands simply isn't enough on Arena. Try 26-27. Cantrips can also get you closer to more lands, which is usually done in control decks. Aggro deck get the most benefit of the hand smoothing algorithm, and usually don't need more than 3-4 lands to curve out anyway.
