Untapped Land Coming in Tapped
On Android. Played "Starting Town" in ranked standard match as 3rd land with "Umbral Collar Zealot" on my side & "Haliya, Guided by Light" on the opponent's board. Previously surveiled land from the top of deck to graveyard.

Starting Town doesn't care about your number of lands, or how many you have played. It only looks at the number of TURNS you had. If it is your thrid turn or earlier, it enters untapped. Otherwsie, tapped.
