Can’t cast spell even though I have enough mana
I’m new to the game and not sure if it was a bug because of the double lands but I could not use a spell even though I had the right mana available. This has happened to me before but I’m not sure if the situation was similar.

Crystal Barricade gives its controller hexproof. So your opponent could not be targeted by your spells and abilities. Cornered by Black Mages requires an oponent as a target. Since you can't choose your only opponent as the target, you cannot cast the spell.
