I preordered the Mastery Pass, which should have qualified me to receive the Fleem cosmetics, but I have not received them.

    Same issue. Purchased Mastery Pass and completed multiple limited events before 9/30 and didn't receive cosmetics.

    Same here. Bought the mastery pass, and the pre-order pack but did not receive the Fleem cosmetics. Regards.
