First make it easier to report a problem! Next why is my first strike death touch dying from non first strike monsters? .
I have first strike death touch, that sometime dies from non first strike creatures. What ability stops first strike death touch???

Then reading Tonberry resolves the issue:
"DURING YOUR TURN, this creature has first strike and deathtouch."
So Tonberry didn't have either ability at the time.

Tonberry is not getting first strike death touch. He died defending against a white 1/3 with mobilze 2. Another time a creature with hex proof only killed him, and i reported this yesterday.

Probably because you used a fight effect. First strike (and double strike) only affect combat, by adding a second combat damage step to the combat phase. A fight is not combat, it has no combat damage steps. A fight is simply both creatures dealing damage to each other, at the same time. First trike does not matter in a fight.
