After the. recent update on Android this (Galaxy S9 device: supprted via article) this Oct 15th the game is unplayable

Uninstall and reinstall the app - YES
Make sure that you are on the most recent operating system for your device -YES

None of this resolved the issue.
Logged issues with tech support and they just deflected.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.
It is causing Android users to miss out on all their events and you will lose this user base.

It seems like EVERY time an update happens something goes wrong with your app and connection issues are incredibly common.
Do you even do UAT testing?!
