Some cards in the powered cube that are craftable on Arena are no longer legal in Timeless, for example Pentad Prism
After the powered cube update decks with Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary is not Timeless legal and Pentad Prism can not be added to a Timeless deck because it is not legal in the format.

I have been playing with Rofellos, but when Powered Cube arrived on Arena, Rofellos is not longer showing up in search and my deck is unplayable.
