Cannot Log In / Lost Connection to Server 2025.10.29
Beginning Oct. 28, 2025 (after the Avatar update), I’ve not been able to log into the Arena app on either Windows home computer on home network, nor on iOS iPhone 15 on any other network.
The app asks for my login credentials, then freezes for approximately 90 seconds, then says that I’ve lost connection to the server and gives me the option to ‘Check Status’, ‘Reconnect’, or ‘Log Out’.
