Bug Report, Losing due to Opponent Counter Timeout
In a lifegain v lifegain match, they were recurring 500 or so +1/+1 counters through several different cards that give counters on lifegain. They used 3 of their timeouts and then it started taking my timeouts when there was nothing I could do while they were getting their counters on their creature card. I tried to tap mana or some action to stop this but nothing worked and then I was warned that I would concede if I did not act (again, literally nothing I can do on 500 triggered events). After every last counter triggered, the match immediately forced me to concede. One should not punish the waiting player because the acting player found a way to force wasting timeouts and force concession. That is entirely unfair to those involved as, again, there was literally nothing I could do and it is entirely antithetical to the game as it is using a computer mechanic to win a match through what I assume is a bug.
