Burst lightning doing incorrect damage
I cast burst lightning during a standard ranked match for the cheaper cost of 1Red+1Other to do 2 damage to an opponent. The opponent took 4 damage and lost the match. I believe the Burst Lightning is bugged and calculated wrong.
